Jonny Edgar, Managing Director Ireland

Jonny joined ManpowerGroup Ireland in 2006 and in his time with the organisation has worked across the full suite of ManpowerGroup brands including Manpower, Experis, Tapfin, Right Management & Proservia. As Managing Director, Jonny is responsible for the professional business across Ireland and is executive sponsor to a number of our major outsourced clients. He also overlooks overall operational performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in terms of how we deliver workforce solutions.

Focused on Ireland, Jonny nonetheless partners with colleagues around the world, often delivering a local or regional element of a global contract.

Stephen Keane, Financial Director​

Stephen joined ManpowerGroup in 2002 and has held his current position of Finance Director since 2020. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, Stephen contributes towards developing and driving the company’s strategy, as well as monitoring and improving key business processes.

In addition to managing an experienced team of Finance professionals, Stephen is also ManpowerGroup Ireland’s ESG Lead.

Away from work, Stephen is a competitive pool player, twice representing Ireland at the European Blackball Championships, and is a member of the Kildare county team.

Olivia Kehoe, Head of Human Resources​

Olivia is Head of Human Resources for ManpowerGroup Ireland and also Country Leader for Right Management. She has almost 20 years’ experience in HR, 15 years of which are within the recruitment industry where she has worked with a wide variety of both local and international companies.

In her role as Head of HR, Olivia is responsible strategic planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations/ legal, TUPE transfers and ensuring best in practice HR policy in the provision of our flexible workforces.

Brian O Reilly, IT & Transformation Director

Brian is an experienced IT and Transformation Director with over 20 years of experience in delivering innovative digital solutions and leading business transformation initiatives. Brian has a track record of success in creating value for businesses through the strategic use of technology, driving efficiency, and maximizing ROI.

Brian is passionate about leveraging technology to enable business growth and creating a culture of continuous improvement. Brian joined the senior leadership team in 2023 and has been a driving force for IT innovation in his over 18 years with ManpowerGroup Ireland.

Jim Wylie, Sales Director

Jim joined Manpower in July 2024 and has direct responsibility for sales activity across Manpower Staffing and Experis.

Jim moved into the recruitment industry in the UK over 25 years ago working with Adecco one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies having worked with Bradford & Bingley Building Society as a Branch Manager. Upon moving to Ireland in May 2000, Jim further developed his recruitment career, working for leading recruitment companies within the Irish Recruitment sector as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Operations Manager, Regional Sales Director and now as Sales Director for Manpower Group Ireland

Jim is a keen golfer and Celtic FC supporter and also an active coach within the Senior Men's section of St Itas AFC in Donabate, County Dublin.

Cathy Watson, Senior Operations Manager

Cathy joined ManpowerGroup Ireland in 2016. Cathy is a Senior Operations Manager across both Manpower and Experis for a number of our Key Client. Cathy has a wealth of experience in the world of recruitment , HR and Client Management. Cathy partners with clients on both a local and global scale to deliver best in class HR solutions to clients across a range of sectors.

At Manpower, Cathy works with the company large key clients in many aspects of solutions delivery. Cathy also leads the Experis Ireland brand and works with IT & Technology clients in attracting and retaining the best possible IT professionals for their business.

Ann Marie Corcoran, Senior Operations Manager

AnnMarie Corcoran, Senior Operations Manager, started her Recruitment and HR journey with Manpower in 2006. Ann Marie's experience expands across RPO, Managed Service Contingent and Permanent Recruitment working with large multinational clients.

Prior to her Manpower journey AnnMarie worked in Customer Service, Retail and Hospitality.

AnnMarie loves to play Gaelic with St.Finians in Swords on the Gaelic for Mothers and Others Team. AnnMarie can be regularly found jumping off high rock in Portmarnock into the Irish Sea. AnnMarie loves to have a nice relaxing holiday in the sun.

Bill Murphy, Sales Manager

Bill has been a sales manager at ManpowerGroup Ireland for close to 3 years and has over 8 years of experience in sales, business development, and account management, working with clients across various industries and sectors. As a sales manager, he is responsible for developing and executing strategic solutions that address the talent needs and challenges of our clients, while creating meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for millions of people.

Bill is accredited by the Institute of Retrained Search, a credential that demonstrates his expertise and professionalism in the recruitment industry. He is passionate about delivering value and excellence to our clients and candidates, and empowering them to achieve their goals and potential.

Paul Howard, Group Marketing Manager​

 Paul joined Manpower in 2020 and works as manager of both the marketing and talent attraction teams at Manpower Ireland.

Paul has a range of previous roles over his 18-year career in both the large & SME companies having worked for companies like American Express, Unilever, True Potential, Horizon and previously in the entertainment and gaming sector with the Rainbow Group. Paul has worked in both product and services marketing and works closely with regional and global marketing teams to bring the latest talent insights and marketing innovations to the Irish market.

Paul is an avid Leinster Rugby fan and is a season ticket holder supporting the blue army. He is also a recreational golfer and is a big music fan. Paul enjoys travelling, particularly short breaks to European city destinations.
